IMARK Electrical to Conduct Member Satisfaction Survey in December 2009
In a recent survey of IMARK member executives, 66% of members thought that surveying their customers on a consistent basis is an attribute of a best-in-class distributor.
Surveys can be used to uncover a customer’s “pain points,” likes/dislikes, wants and needs. Given the fact that customers’ wants and needs are always changing, there can be no doubt that the results of a well-designed survey can help a company plot a solid course for the future.
At IMARK Electrical, we’ve got customers too. These customers are our members and suppliers.
Just as the demands of an electrical contractor may change and evolve, so do the needs and preferences of IMARK member distributors.
In December 2019, IMARK Electrical will conduct a member satisfaction survey. We look forward to finding out what our members think about the programs and resources we’ve put in place to support their efforts in being the best distributors they can be.
